WooCargo runs carriers and logistics companies, with or without a warehouse of their own. Orders come in from an email, the day is planned with one click, the driver scans and the recipient signs. You know where every shipment is and whose it is at any moment — and you can prove it.
How it works
Order
The client enters it in their own portal, you bring it in from Excel or from another carrier’s manifest, or you just paste the client’s email: AI reads it and you check it before it goes in.
Warehouse, if you have one
Scanner receiving, put-away to a bin, stock per client, lot and expiry. If you only move goods, this step does not exist: freight goes from sender to recipient, or passes through your depot only to be cross-docked.
Route
The whole day on one screen: the queue, the vehicles and the map. Planning spreads the stops across your vehicles without exceeding each one’s pallets and cubic metres; anything for remote areas or the islands leaves with a manifest to the partner carrier for that area.
Deliver
The driver checks the load by scanning the labels and collects a signature or photo at the door. In Greece, tax-authority declarations are sent on their own, the recipient sees where the delivery is, and you know who holds every cash-on-delivery amount.

Orders from an email, read by AI
Paste the client’s email or message, with one address or twenty. AI finds recipients, phones, parcels, pallets and cash-on-delivery amounts, fills in from your address book and flags anything that looks like a duplicate. Nothing is entered until you have seen it.
Greek digital delivery note
Loading, transshipment and delivery outcome are declared to myDATA straight from the driver’s scans. The warehouse issues its own delivery note with a QR code on the labels, one group QR covers a vehicle’s whole load, and the partner carrier declares with its own credentials from the page you send it.
Barcodes at every step
Shelf, pallet and parcel labels with barcodes, printed at label size. Read them with a handheld scanner or the phone’s camera at receiving, put-away, bin counts and loading; the product’s EAN is matched first.
The day on one screen
The order queue, each vehicle’s route and the map, together. Day planning spreads the stops over every vehicle and never puts a piece in a van it does not fit; drag to adjust the rest.
A driver app
On the driver’s Android phone: the day’s routes, a scanned load check, a signature or photo at each stop and a reason when a delivery fails. The recipient follows the delivery from a link.
Partner carriers
Set which partner covers each postcode and island. Shipments leave with a manifest, the partner reports deliveries from a link or a spreadsheet, and you check its monthly statement against the cost you expected. The line between your own branches works the same way.
Cash on delivery, accounted for
See what partners collected and owe you, what you are holding and what you owe each client. Remittances are recorded with the partner’s fee, whether it is kept from the amount or billed on its statement.
Price lists and margins
Courier-style rates by zone and weight, per pallet or cubic metre for big freight, storage for those with a warehouse, and extras (tail lift, floor delivery, appointment, waiting) only when the order asks. See what you earn per client, zone and partner.
One warehouse, many clients
Many clients’ goods in the same building, by bin, lot, condition and expiry, without ever mixing one client’s stock with another’s. Every movement records who, when and why; nothing is deleted, mistakes are reversed.
A portal for every client
Each client has their own login, with your logo and colours: orders, deliveries and stock on hand. Fewer calls asking “where is my order?”. Your staff see all clients from one place.
Everyone sees their own work
Director, dispatcher, accountant, warehouse staff, driver. Warehouse staff work from a phone at the dock and see only their warehouses, drivers only their routes, the accountant the money without changing the movements.

Questions
- Who is WooCargo for?
- Carriers, with or without a warehouse and with one or more branches, and third-party logistics companies that store and deliver goods for other businesses — plus their clients, who get their own portal for orders and stock.
- I only move freight, I don’t store goods for others. Does it fit?
- Yes. Transport orders need no stock: pickup from the sender or drop-off at your depot, a route and delivery — or hand-over to a partner carrier for distant destinations. It also works with two branches and a line between them.
- Does it cover the Greek digital delivery note?
- Yes, for carriers in Greece. The duty to declare loading, transshipment and receipt starts on 12 October 2026 and WooCargo is ready: enter your myDATA credentials in the settings and the declarations go out from the driver’s scans. When your warehouse ships a client’s goods, it issues the delivery note itself, with a QR code on the labels.
- Does the AI enter orders on its own?
- No. Paste the text of an email or message and AI turns it into order lines. You see them in a table, correct what needs correcting and press “Enter”. Paste the same text twice by mistake and the orders are not doubled.
- Which scanner and printer do I need?
- Any handheld scanner that types like a keyboard, wired or Bluetooth. On a phone the camera reads barcodes too. Labels come out as a PDF at label size, for a thermal label printer.
- Is there a driver app?
- Yes, for Android. Drivers open their route, check the load by scanning labels, collect a signature or photo at each stop or record why a delivery failed, and pick up bundles from partner depots. The recipient follows the delivery from a link.
- Can one warehouse hold stock for several clients?
- Yes. That is the point. Stock is kept per client, per product, per lot and condition, inside a warehouse that belongs to you.
- Does it replace my accounting or invoicing software?
- No. WooCargo keeps no books. It works out what to charge your clients and closes the month with a statement per client; invoices are issued by the invoicing software you already use, from WooCargo’s export.
